Darren has a long career as a general domestic and commercial Electrician. However, his passion lay with renewables so took the decision to diversify and establish New Dawn Energy LTD in 2010.
Prior to this Darren worked alongside the only local renewable company across the surrounding counties and Wales. Here he gained essential knowledge and skill within the industry in domestic, commercial and agricultural installation to form the foundations of New Dawn Energy LTD.
All staff have completed extensive education and training which has enabled New Dawn Energy LTD, to remain current, grow our expertise and specialism to become leaders in our field. The business has in depth knowledge of SEG (Smart Export Guarantee) design and technical expertise essential to meet the varied needs of customers.
Darren is the owner of New Dawn Energy and is a fully qualified electrician by trade. He also has over 20 years of experience in the renewables industry.
Darren is the man in the know when it comes to renewable energy solutions and electric vehicle charging. He’s got an in-depth understanding of the market and the available technology and can recommend the system that best suits your needs and your budget. He’s also a friendly guy who loves surfing and motorsport.
Charlie has been with New Dawn Energy for 8 years now and started off as an apprentice. He is now a fully qualified electrician and works alongside Darren to install renewable energy solutions and undertake general electrical work in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire and beyond.
Charlie is also a superb rugby player and coach for Ludlow Rugby Club and we’re proud to be sponsoring him again this season.
Rhys was taken on as an apprentice 3 years ago and is nearing completion of his qualification. In this time, he has become a valuable member of the team.
Rhys races motorbikes on short circuits in his spare time with his grandad.
